Boca Bayou is a waterfront condominium community located between US1 and South Dixie Highway on Royal Palm Way (SW 18^th Street) in Boca Raton FL.  The condominiums were built between 1976 and 1984. The townhouses were built between 2000 and 2001.  It is a gated condominium which has one entrance on the Royal Palm Way. There are 721 units in Boca Bayou. The community has 5 heated pools, 2 tennis courts, common dock and a renovated clubhouse with fitness room.  Some units have a private dock.  Boca Bayou is just few miles away from Boca Raton and Hillsboro Beach.  Almost all condo units and townhouses have spectacular views of the Hillsboro canal, so you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the beauty as the boats sail past you.
